Introduction

The DTL-H3P AI Multi-Zone High Temperature Thermocouple Calibration Furnace is a next-generation high-temperature calibration instrument independently developed by our company. With an integrated design of furnace body and control cabinet, it provides a high-quality, highly stable thermal environment within a temperature range of 800°C to 1700°C, making it ideal for the calibration and verification of various thermocouples including Type B and tungsten-rhenium thermocouples. Adopting three-zone independent temperature control technology, paired with high-precision sensors and intelligent algorithms, the furnace actively regulates and optimizes the axial temperature gradient inside the furnace chamber, thus significantly improving the temperature field uniformity and control accuracy. Boasting rapid heating, stable temperature holding and reliable performance, this product is widely used in metrology testing, industrial quality control and scientific research, providing an efficient and precise temperature source solution for thermal instrument calibration.

Advanced multi-zone independent temperature control technology significantly improves the controllability and adjustability of furnace temperature distribution. Users can flexibly adjust the power parameters of each zone via software, enabling precise control of the axial temperature distribution inside the furnace. Standard and customizable furnace chamber sizes (φ100mm, φ55mm, φ30mm) are available, which are tailored to the verification and calibration requirements of Type B thermocouples and greatly improve calibration efficiency. For specialized applications, custom chamber dimensions ensure perfect alignment with actual testing needs.
